Sanitary Adjustable Spinning Rod Capper – Cradle-Chain

This is a side-belt overcapper designed to apply an overcap to a straight wall rigid container. Containers are fed at random through the center of the overcapper via a tabletop chain conveyor with a maximum cross-section of 6″ x 6″. As the container travels through the center of the overcapper, the leading edge or bead of the canister pulls the overcap from a chute and the cap is progressively applied onto the container by a series of compression rollers.
